Deep Collaboration with Shenyang University of Chemical Technology
Supported by the Eighth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in Shihеzi City, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology (SUCT) has established significant partnerships in key energy and chemical fields.
Key Milestones:
2020 - SUCT's Energy and Chemical Industry Technology Research Institute partnered with Xinjiang Zhizhen Chemical Engineering Research Center to secure approval for Shihеzi's key scientific project: "Development and Application of Key Technologies for Directional Synthesis of Alkyl Esters from Dimethyl Oxalate".
2021:
Jan: Tripartite agreement signed between Xinjiang Zhizhen, SUCT, and Xinjiang Dahua Fushan Chemical Technology to construct a 100-ton/year pilot plant for alkyl oxalate.
Aug: Completion of pilot plant construction with stable operation achieved by year-end.
2022:
April: Established joint "Alcohol-Ether-Ester Innovation Engineering Laboratory" and secured Xinjiang Corps' key R&D project for coal-based diethyl oxalate synthesis technology.
Same month: Founded Xinjiang Zhichuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (SUCT holds 20% equity via IP valuation) to advance oxalate ester projects. The company employs green synthesis technology with full IP ownership, featuring eco-friendly production, high purity, and cost advantages.
Sept: Won first prize in Xinjiang Corps division and ranked among China's Top 50 in "Maker China" competition for industrial application of green oxalate ester synthesis technology.
Xinjiang Zhichuang commits to implementing strategic requirements, seizing opportunities, and ensuring timely project completion. The initiative demonstrates remarkable competitive advantages through its patented low-carbon processes and cost-effective production.
