The 26th China International High-Tech Fair (CHTF), held from November 14 to 16, 2024 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, marked a significant milestone for our company. As a leading exhibitor in advanced materials, we showcased 15 proprietary technologies to over 4,000 global industry professionals, with our high-purity oxalate ester series – including diethyl oxalate (DEO) and ethyl methyl oxalate (EMO) – emerging as focal points of technical discussions.
A pivotal achievement occurred on the third day through intensive negotiations with Huizhou Sanli Chemical Technology. After validating DEO/EMO’s compatibility with their polymer coating R&D requirements, both parties finalized a three-phase collaboration plan: joint laboratory testing in Q1 2025, followed by large-scale production simulations, with a provisional annual procurement framework valued at RMB 12 million. This partnership addresses Sanli’s decade-long challenge in sourcing stable solvent solutions while expanding our foothold in specialty chemical applications.
The exhibition yielded substantial commercial traction, including five signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) with domestic chemical manufacturers, cumulatively worth RMB 28 million in projected 2025 orders. International engagement exceeded expectations, with 23 overseas enterprises from Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East initiating follow-up inquiries, notably a Fortune 500 conglomerate specializing in bio-pharmaceutical intermediates.
Our patented nano-catalyst solutions (Patent No. CN2024-XXXXXX) attracted equal attention, particularly their proven capacity to reduce solvent synthesis costs by 30% while maintaining eco-friendly production standards. Over 560 industry visitors engaged with our technical team during the event, 43% representing overseas markets. Digital amplification efforts extended our reach beyond the physical venue, generating 280,000 livestream views across platforms and features in 12 industry publications such as China Chemical News.
Dr. Zhang Wei, Chief Technology Officer, emphasized the strategic implications: “CHTF 2024 validated two critical objectives – our oxalate esters’ technical leadership in next-gen energy storage systems, and the global supply chain channels established through this platform. We are now advancing technical seminars with three prioritized partners and preparing customized solvent samples for eight clients ahead of ACHEMA 2025 participation.”
Post-exhibition priorities include formalizing collaboration terms with Huizhou Sanli Chemical, accelerating production line upgrades to meet anticipated demand surges, and expanding R&D investments in solvent-catalyst synergy technologies.
